This article explains how to use the Lumary CM Mobile Experience to track the transport of one client or a group of clients.
Under the NDIS, travel with a client is called transport. During an appointment, you may need to provide transport for one or more of your clients.
Required packages and permissions
Available with: Lumary 22 minor release 2 and later.
Permission set: Lumary - CM Mobile User and Lumary - Custom Settings
To track transport:
- Start the appointment and tap on the Start Transport button.
- Confirm you wish to start transport by tapping Start Transport ✓ button.
- Once you arrive at your destination, tap on End Transport.
- Confirm you wish to end this Transport leg by tapping End Transport ✓ button.
- A screen will appear that describes your journey's distance and time. Review these details and then confirm whether they are accurate. You can adjust them, by updating the Distance (km) Transported and Time (min) Transported.
- Confirm the clients to be included in this Transport leg by tapping on the checkboxes next to the Client Names. All clients will be selected by default.
- You can also indicate if the vehicle used was Standard or Modified and capture any expenses incurred during this transport leg.
- Once you're happy with your travel details, tap on the Save button.
- The Start Transport button will continue to be available if you need to track any other transport related to this appointment until you have ended the appointment.
