Create a service delivered record from a session record

This article explains how to use a session to create a service delivered record.

If you're using the Sessions Calendar to keep track of your appointments, a session can provide a quick way to create a service delivered record.

To generate a service delivered record from a session, you'll need to have a service attached to the appointment. Then:

1. Click on the Sessions Calendar tab.
2. Click on the relevant session appointment.

You can also navigate to a session record from the Sessions tab. You may need to click on the App Launcher and search for Sessions to open the Sessions list viewer. Then click on the Session Subject link of the session that you want to use to create your service delivered record.

3. Once you've opened your session record, click on the Complete button.

4. The system will warn you that completing the session will create a service delivered record. Click on the Confirm button.
