This article lists the criteria required for a service delivered (SD) record to be editable from the Service Delivery Entry screen.
We recommend that users only edit service delivered (SD) records from the Service Delivery Entry screen using the pencil icon. This helps to focus users on fields that can be safely edited prior to extraction or invoicing. |
The following table describes the criteria required for the pencil icon to be available for an SD record on the Service Delivery Entry screen.

User must have permission to edit the Services Delivered object. This permission is included on the:

✔ | Service agreement status must be Current or Expired, or the service must be ad hoc. |
✔✔ | Site Service/Program and Rate fields must both be populated on the SD record. |
✗ | Parent Service Delivered field must not be populated on the SD record. If it is, the record is a child record and any changes should be made to the parent record named in the Parent Service Delivered field. |
✗ | If the Cart field on the SD record is populated, the CART Status field on the cart (CRT) record must not be set to Paid. |

In Lumary Settings under the General tab, if there is a tick in the Prevent Delivered Record Modification checkbox, the following extract item fields must not be populated on the SD record:

✗ | SD record must not be linked to a session that has more than one client appointment or more than one worker appointment. |
✗ | A group Skedulo job must not have set enrtcr__Prevent_Editing__c to true. |
