This article provides a checklist of the settings that will enable you to apportion a service between a group of clients through a Sessions Calendar appointment.
There are several settings that will affect whether you'll be able to apportion a service. Some of these settings will need to be applied by a system administrator, such as those that appear in Lumary Settings or on the service record. Other settings can be applied when you are setting up or completing a session.
If you've set up a group-based session and are unable to see the apportionment options, check through the lists below to make sure your environment and records are set up for apportionment.
The following tables describe:
They include links to articles that explain more about how and when to apply these settings.
Environment settings
Tab | Section | Field | Setting | Article |
Sessions | General | Disable Apportionment of Primary Service | Unticked | Enable apportionment |
Session Completion | Apportionment Calculation Method | Allow user override of scheduled delivery ratio | Enable apportionment |
Record settings
Record | Field | Setting | Article |
Service | Prevent Apportioning | Unticked (For NDIS services, this is maintained by Lumary to align to NDIS pricing arrangements) | Add a new service |
Session (during setup) | Scheduled Delivery Ratio | 1:2 or any ratio other than 1:1 | Create an appointment for a group of clients |
Session (during completion) | Apply apportionment to primary service | Ticked | Change the apportionment of a service |
When sessions are set up to complete automatically, the scheduled delivery ratio selected at session creation will be used to determine how the service is apportioned and how service delivered (SD) records are generated.
