This article provides links to the recommended processes for creating service agreements for clients with Home Care Packages (HCP) funding.
We recommend creating HCP service agreements as part of the client's onboarding process. At the completion of each step of the process, records are created and linked together to ensure that all of the relevant data is created and that it aligns with the client's budget and goals. The HCP service agreement is created after planned services are added to the client's goals during the Plan step.
If a client requires a new service agreement or their HCP level changes, we recommend cloning the original service agreement so that these links are preserved.
