If this checkbox is ticked, the system will automatically apply the latest version of rates with this rate type when service delivered (SD) records are created. |

- |
No Funding Limit |
This should be selected when the service agreement has no limit to funding. In some state-based funding programs there are no limits to specific agreements/programs, services are delivered and funding is applied for, the amount of funding/reimbursement depends on the number of claims received. |
Not Available for Cart |
If checked, clients will not be able to pay for services delivered using this rate type. |
Funding Organisation | This field allows the user to specify who is the funding organisation for this rate type. This field is a lookup to Accounts, therefore the account must exist prior to linking to the rate type. If the account does not exist, save the rate type and navigate to accounts and create the funding organisation, then update against the rate type. |
Contract Number | Captures the contract number for a rate type. |
GL Code | Used when extracting data from Salesforce. |
Natural GL Code | |
Client Allocation Required | When this checkbox and block grant are checked, the service agreement with this rate type will display an individual funding allocation for a funded client. |
Block Grant | Enabled for grants that aren't individualised. |
Bypass Quote Generation | Bypasses the quote feature on a service agreement. |
Invoice Grouping | Applies to Purchase Services (B), (C) and (D) Extracts. "Detail" results in one line per service delivered record while "Summary" groups by Funding Management, Client, GL, Service, Rate and GST Code. Can be overridden at service agreement level. |
Include in Extracts | Specifies the Extracts Service Delivered records in which this rate type will appear. There may be other criteria that will determine if a record appears in the extract(s). |
- Once you've filled out the relevant fields, click on the Save button or Save & New if you have more codes to add.
