This article explains how to change several fields in the PMHC MDS Service Contact file that is generated when a PMHC MDS extract is run, to receive calculated inputs, rather than static values.
This functionality requires Lumary CM 20 minor release 3.
The flexibility of the Salesforce platform means that system administrators can add extra fields to extend some areas of functionality. We recommend that these types of changes be applied by system administrators with a good understanding of managing a Salesforce environment. If you’d like to engage Lumary to apply specific steps on your behalf, please reach out to our Customer Success team to request a quote.
When creating a PMHC MDS extract, the Service Contact file that is generated currently uses static values to populate the following fields:
- Final Service Within Episode of Care
- Client Participation Indicator
- Interpreter Present, and
- Total Client Contribution.
New fields can be added to the Service Delivered object to capture data to populate these fields in the Service Contact extract file.
