This article explains how to set up the automatic attachment of client summary PDFs to Skedulo jobs.
To provide workers with up-to-date client information, the system can be set up to automatically attach the client summary PDF to Skedulo jobs. This setting attaches updated PDF files to jobs scheduled within the next 7 days that are not cancelled or complete.
This option can be set in Lumary Settings. To go to Lumary Settings:
- Click on the App Launcher nine dot grid icon.
- Click in the Search apps and items... field.
- Type Lumary Settings.
- Click on the Lumary Settings text link.
Then, to automatically attach PDFs to Skedulo jobs:
- Click on the Summary PDF tab.
- Scroll down to Attach PDF to the following records.
- Put a tick in the Job (if installed) checkbox.
- Click on the Save button.
You'll also need to schedule an automated job to run the ScheduledUpdateClientSummaries batch.
