This article explains how to add the Lumary - SD Transfer permission set and activate flows for a user to access Transfer SD functionality.
The Transfer SD functionality enables users to move service delivered (SD) records between service agreements. This is a handy option when a participant's plan changes and services are delivered before a new service agreement can be made.
To use Transfer SD, your environment must have Enable Service Deliveries Transfer selected in Lumary Settings.
To set up a user to access this functionality, you'll need to:
Activate flows on the user's account
The Transfer SD function uses a Salesforce Lightning Flow to optimise the user experience. The flow application enables the user to filter and target specific service delivered (SD) records for transfer. This means that Flow User must be activated on the user's account. To activate Flow User:
- Click on the setup icon and select Setup.
- In the Quick Find search field, type users.
- Under the Users submenu, select Users, which should appear as the bottom option. This will display a list of all of your users.
- Navigate to the relevant user and click on the Edit text link next to their name.
- Put a tick in the Flow User checkbox.
- Click on the Save button.
Add the Lumary - SD Transfer permission set
The Lumary - SD Transfer permission set allows you to provide access to Transfer SD to specific users. This includes users with an Advanced, Standard or Basic profile. To add the permission set:
- Navigate to the User by following steps 1-4 above.
- Scroll down to the Permission Set Assignments section.
- If Lumary - SD Transfer is not already listed, click on the Edit Assignments button.
- Under Available Permission Sets, click on Lumary - SD Transfer.
- Click on the Add button so that Lumary - SD Transfer appears in the Enabled Permission Sets list.
- Click on the Save button.
