This article gives an overview of the Skedulo Console.
Schedulers will likely spend most of their time in Skedulo scheduling jobs in the Skedulo Console (also called the Skedulo web app). When first opening the Skedulo Console you will be shown the swimlane, which gives an overview of resources' availability and upcoming jobs.
Avoid creating new jobs in the console
When creating new jobs it is important to create them as directed in the Create a Skedulo job article, through the Skedulo Salesforce app. The option does exist to create jobs within the Skedulo Console; however, doing so will not allow the job to link to the service agreement created in Lumary, and so any jobs created through the console will not create a service delivered (SD) record.
