This article explains how to set the minimum delay before a session can be automatically set to complete.
The ScheduledSessionsAutoComplete job can be set up to automatically complete sessions that have passed their end date and time. The default delay is 0, which means that when a batch runs, it includes all sessions where the scheduled end date and time have passed.
A system administrator can set a delay between session end times and when they're included in an auto completion batch. For example, if the minimum delay is set to 1, running the batch will only complete sessions with end dates and times of an hour or more ago. This can give providers time to make final checks or adjustments before sessions are automatically set to complete.
